Our History

Hospitality Tradition

Family of hotel tradition born from the work of Jaime Vives Masó, opening his first restaurant, the “San Remo” in Marqués de Campos street, in 1967.

It was followed by other locals, the Quijote, very popular and loved by the people of the town and the “Bar Jaime” in Las Rotas.

In 1982, “Tasca Eulalia” was founded in the heart of the city, a charming gastronomic corner where his sons Jaime and Juan Antonio continue to delight us with their experience, kindness and exquisite taste for good hospitality.

Over the years the “Tasca” has become an emblematic place of the city, appreciated and valued by all those who visit it, always leaving a pleasant desire to return.

Jaime and Juan Antonio

Possibly one of the best known duos in Denia. And not only for the years they have been in Tasca Eulalia, but for the family and community they have created and cared for during all this time.

Jaime is an excellent ham cutter and Juan Antonio an expert sommelier, creating the perfect combination for the best experience for the Spanish palate.
